At the end of the day, all diagnosis are an attempt to see where on the vast spectrum of neurodivergence you are. Aren’t diagnosed properly or at all. Your best bet is to look up resources and talk with other people who have autism. Listen to other people, match experiences, and then use the advice given to reflect on yourself and what you want to work on or change about your habits to better support yourself. You got this!
