I grind my teeth like nobody’s business and chew through night guards. I can’t afford muscle relaxers anymore, and at home face/jaw massage only helps so much. Any tips?

There are custom night guards for people who grind their teeth/clench their jaw. They’re made of thicker material than the regular ones
