
ill do a work out. as a fat girl working out is torture enough. along w a sensory fucking nightmare: the sweating, the temp rising, my heart pounding, and i have asthma so i can’t breathe half the time. so it’s the best way i can “hurt” myself without causing any harm to my body. which as a girl who used to use self-harm as a coping mechanism when i was upset, i’ve found this gives me the same feeling! plus you get more in shape(cuz i get upset at least twice a day) 😭
