It’s so easy for me to socialize online or in games but not irl. Unfortunately I think this has caused me to increasingly be online and in games for positive social interactions. Arc Raiders is my current fix bc I can run around and be friendly 9/10 times

True, there are just more barriers in place. In online games, everyone on the game shares a common interest in the game so it is easy to talk about that topic. Finding common interests with people irl is hard as an adult, especially if u work full time

This is true, but it’s not impossible! Going to meetups or clubs, or even staying in spaces with common hobbies can introduce you to people ^^ it’s possible, just hard ^^
