what do you have issues with specifically? something that works for me relating to the issue of plans is making calendar events immediately after being notified, and setting it so it reminds me 2 days before and 2 hours before. i also set multiple alarms for different stages of getting ready (ie alarm to wake up so i dont miss my alarm to get up which then leads me to my alarm to eat breakfast and all of these alarms have 10-20 minutes of leeway because i don’t get up immediately)

Me. I’m either wondering how to start something and then I never start it or I can start things but can’t finish anything

for making plans, i try to reach out with specific time intervals in mind (ie asking if someone is free that week, if they seem unsure i narrow it down to a few days and ask them to pick which day works best, and then narrow down times, all within a concise time frame so i dont forget and also so there are concrete plans) if the issue is maintaining friendships, obv it depends but responding to insta stories is a more subtle way, and reaching out randomly is a bolder way. i engage in both bc
