that’s actually so annoying because who care??? it doesn’t impede your ability to do your job!! it’s a fun and cutesy way to handle acne. ur manager sounds boring and rude

I know this shouldn't upset me so bad but it really does. I have a problem with picking at my pimples so I wear the stickers in order to not do that 😭

That is so annoying im sorry you had to go through that. I do know the make invisible ones so you could get some of those to help deter picking

As a customer, I love when baristas are able to accessorise and be comfortable with themselves. It means a little less stress for them and it does NOT impact customers in the slightest. Makes me want to be more creative in my otherwise bland appearance, too. 😭

While I get that it’s upsetting because you don’t really have clear/skin colored ones on hand but it’s really something you’ll just have to buy and then use your colorful ones outside of work
