Learned that there are scammers who skim obituaries and contact you trying to say someone is trying to contact you and send a message abt your parent or donate to funeral proceedings. Luckily I could tell it was scammy immediately, but people are FUCKED UP. When I ignored the emails they kept on sending more trying to guilt trip me.
