nope! i’m still stressed but i have a dentist appointment on the 3rd and maybe i can ask them… or i have to call my orthodontist that i haven’t seen since i got my retainer in the first place…

I have to wear mine every night since I got it also. The are used to me getting new ones but it’s always nerve racking 🫶
