How to stop the whole, “if every circumstance isn’t perfect then I can’t study or do shit that I need to do” thoughts from becoming so damn loud

A big one that works for me is random down time. It’s so easy to get on my phone so when I have random free time or a minute between classes, I use that to work on school work and study. Idk if it’ll do much for you, but it’s an idea.

Following, mostly, but something that helps me is to try and “overplan” so I have that “backup”. If I tell myself I have something at 9, for example, I tell myself it’s actually 8:30 so I can be my usual late self but actually be on time. If I miss the first :30 of an hour, I freeze. If it’s randomly in the latter half of the hour, I’m usually fine. So… I’m curious what others have to say!

Also! Microsoft 360 has a to-do list app and it can be fun to organize it and it’ll send your notifs when things are due!
