If the favors are annoying or inconvenient to do, perhaps start suggesting how they can help you in return

Next time they ask for a favor just give her that look and wait like 2 seconds— be like "girl." Then shake ur head and try to switch the topic. Baby steps bc no shade I would probably distance from any of that

also kinda going through this and the way she’s manipulative and guilt trips me and the way I’m aware of it but feel like I can’t do anything :/
