I hate having meltdowns because the smallest things trigger my fight or flight response. It’s uncomfortable, I hate feeling so upset/sad. I don’t want to be like this, but it’s like my brain is finally catching up to decades worth of suppressed trauma

This is so real especially when it happens in public cause then I’m hella embarrassed and then I just want to cease to exist and then I’ll think about those moment forever

Unfortunately I just now lost a close friend, after posting this, so I’m not sure I’ll be able to feel safe ever. That was my safe person, everything just got a whole lot worse. I keep losing friends, and I’m being told it’s not my fault, but then why do people keep leaving me. I feel like an unlovable monster

I am really sorry about that. I get how you feel and that its hard to feel safe when u feel so misunderstood. I wish we could be friends cause I wouldn’t do that
