Hi could people plz share their ways of minimizing overstimulation? I’m back from college and everything is too chaotic and I really don’t wanna go back to having minimum 2 meltdowns per day

headphones or earplugs, face mask, and carrying around a bag with my usual sensory ick fixes (lotion, nail file, stim toy, etc).

Loop earplugs and compression, which can be weighted blankets, or even wrapping your arms around yourself or leaning into a desk when sitting down
