
I used to isolate myself a lot when I first started college and it ended up taking a huge toll on my mental health. It may feel difficult but it truly does help to get involved with activities and make sone friends. I used to never go to on campus activities and now I go to every one i can if for no other reason to get free stuff lol!
Class work absolutely gets overwhelming but don’t be afraid to use your resources. Get accommodations for extra time if needed, ask professors and classmates for help and if you feel like you really can’t handle a certain class/prof don’t be afraid to drop. That’s my advice to you.
