Genuinely what it feels like! Best I can do is one meal and 1-2 snacks. Anything more than that if I’m not in a eating mood then I’m gonna have diarrhea

Bro I hate eating like I have to plan it then go outside in public and buy it then make it then eat it? My mind only lets me eat so many foods at differnt times too so I’ll make it then I can’t eat it. 😭
