I suspect that many neurotypical folks actually *do* do this as a ‘power move’ leading to this being the universally assumed motive. 🥲

I’m a neurotypical and I don’t generally assume this. But it is deeply irritating once I clock someone as doing it, usually because of how they do it and how often.

Yep! They do this a lot Especially in the school/workplace There’s really nothing you can do to stop it in my experience especially if it’s super minor things, which it typically is :/ there’s no way your supervisor/teacher can prove them as a bully because it’s disguised as them “just helping”

god why are we the odd ones out when NT ppl (not all ofc dw) can’t even handle being told the correct info over something that was simply a mistake. like ur so fragile. u can’t handle processing factual info as long as ur ego can be intact bc GOD FORBID they are wrong abt something 😂
