Do any other autistic women feel more overstimulated living with parents in their early twenties? Like the kind of overstimulation where it’s hard to stand family anymore and feeling micromanaged/monitored? Also, to where you feel depressed and trapped?

I am in the same exact boat. I wish I could move out so I can be able to focus on myself, so I can make friends more easily, date, and be able to better manage my time.

Mine is just feeling trapped (I cant drive so I’m tied to their schedule), epilepsy and autism combo is not for the weak 🫠 I’ve been working bottom of the barrel jobs just to afford rent in a city that has a bus system
