Don’t sweat it just go w extra padding maybe extra underwear or even shorts underneath. You’ll be ok

Is your white coat ceremony for nursing or MD or another program? Either way congratulations girl! if you’re gonna be on your period I’d wear a thicker than normal pad or extra heavier tampon + panty liner. if you’re extremely worried then I’d do with a black dress
