Direct that energy to something else! Even Someone else if that’s what works for you. Develop a celebrity crush, or maybe even a crush on a fictional character to vent out those feelings. Smthn unattainable but that brings you joy. Or just get rlly into like a hobby or a book or something you don’t have to replace romantic energy with romantic energy. It just has to be positive energy
