
yes, like #1 said you just try to lose weight overall, not necessarily doing anything to your waist. I felt like it was helpful for me to stop eating late at night, I got a lot less bloated once I made myself stop eating a few hours before bed. cardio helps too but as the saying goes “you can’t outrun a bad diet”
This probably isn’t helpful but I had my waist slim significantly after losing 20 lbs party due to two losses in the family. Of course this kind of weight loss isn’t ideal so I would have to agree with what other people here have said such as healthy weight loss, eating well, working out, and focusing more on appearance than numbers
pretty much agreeing with this like you can lose overall fat but you can’t naturally change your bone structure, you just pretty much make the best of what you do have let that be the gym to gain muscle and lose fat or just walking to lose any extra fat because technically fat can build up anywhere so they could be in your waist and then you lose it and the waist goes down but it’s not guaranteed to work so just make the best of what you do have
