It’s just the scale, water weight is weird don’t worry about it
No weight gain but definitely bloated!
depends on what you’re doing but muscle weighs more than fat, if you’re working out the scale won’t move much but you’ll see a difference
i’ve literally been eating one meal a day for the past two weeks and am the same weight this is stressing me out
Not only can hormones cause you to retain more water but stress does as well, so just relax and don’t focus so much on the scale
be careful eating so little, if your body thinks you’re starving it will keep weight on instead of burning it
