Like others are saying, block but also put together evidence you can use to apply for a restraining order if it gets to the point where that’s required

Tell her it’s over, have all the stuff of hers that you have (if any) packed up and ready to give to her and say you want absolutely no contact anymore. Inform your RA or apartment building management that you broke up and she should not be in the area anymore, can even give them examples of stuff she’s done in the past. If she continues to contact you, document it just in case things escalate
