Unfortunately with young men, what you consider 'bold' is barely subtle for them 🤣 you have to literally spell it out for them. But tbh, my strategy has been to be straightforward & ive gotten 98% success rate. All of them said how refreshing it was to find a woman who is straightforward & doesn't play mind games. Ex: tell them "you're highly attractive", "you're hot" with no follow up. See how they react. They get all flustered & once they know you're into them, they will make the moves.

Asking to hu over text is too risky. Ask him to hangout and do something(in a friendly manner) then flirt like mf and see if it leads to something.😛

Butttt if that is too extreme for you, next best thing is to compliment him IRL or via text. Men don't get compliments so it makes their entire week - sometimes their whole year. Mild: "I liked your shirt in class today btw" Moderate: "you looked great in that shirt today btw" Adding the "you look great in __" is key bc you're not talking about the garment like women often do when they compliment other women, you're talking about his physique making the garment look good.
