Honestly I like flexi pads. I still prefer tampons and wouldn’t be afraid of them they’re perfectly painless after you learn to insert them. Period undies are fine but I just prefer to have a flexi pad and granny panties on hand

Period underwear are fine and definitely more comfortable than pads IMO but I prefer a disc which I don’t recommend to someone who doesn’t use tampons.

no need to be scared of tampons, i will admit i did it wrong the first few times (i was young) but honestly better than pads 100%

I hope this is a safe space but I didn’t learn how to put a tampon in til I started having sex lol that’s what helped me😭😭 i have period underwear I use when I’m scared I’ll leak but I’d feel weird washing those with my other clothes for some reason if that was my main thing and don’t feel like dealing w that

Just put the underwear on and that’s it lol. They have different flow options but I always choose heavy cause it’s still thin and breathable.
