Nuts and seeds, i like to count/estimate cals on the week. Actually take stairs, also just taking more trips. Cigarettes, it’s what mila kunis did to lose weight for black swan Why not add 30 mins of calisthenics its an apple of calories but will start to build definition

Food is an important part but DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF, focus on nutrition and what fits into your lifestyle. Starving yourself will lead to worse health problems and probably more weight gain. I would focus on yes healthy meals but just moving your body everyday, even a 30 minute walk is better then nothing, try to get into low impact sports such as swimming, and just get excited about changing for the better and not force it to be a chore then you can start getting into a more rigorous routine

Find ways to add food, not subtract. Add healthy foods. Don’t ignore your cravings. If you want something fighting against it will make things worse. Don’t count every little calorie. Make choices that are healthy for you, not anyone else.

lift and consume lean meats and proteins. not artificial slop, do chicken eggs turkey tofu veggies salads cheese etc. you probably already have a lot of muscle, maintaining it as you lose fat will keep your tdee up and help you burn more cals

You can eat 1000 calories of donuts a day and still lose weight. You can’t beat thermodynamics

Track your calories and be in a deficit is the most important thing. Eat anti inflammatory foods. For breakfast do something light like oatmeal and eggs, the fiber and protein help with digestion. Drink a lot of water. Limit alcohol. Energy drinks and coffee (try low calorie sweeteners) help reduce appetite. Lift but with that also do cardio. Find forms of cardio you love, I love swimming!

Go on walks after eating. It really helps with digestion, just makes you feel better, helps with weight, and is easy to add to your daily routine!

eat lean meat & protein, along with monitoring your portion size. i also recommend cutting back on sugar and carbs as those are the main things that mess with weight. i did this and it helped me to lose around 20-30 pounds. i also recommend finding an exercise routine that you like (i do pilates).
