Ariel, Cinderella, Tiana, Mulan, Belle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Merida, Moana(?), Repunzel, Jasmine, Pocahontas, idk the last one Lost their status: the girl from Atlantis, no clue who the others would be but maybe Anna and Elsa (don’t think that’s right)

It’s actually because Disney feels as if Frozen is such a big franchise on its own that Anna & Elsa don’t need the ‘Disney Princess’ tag to stay relevant and popular. At the end of the day, it’s a simple profit decision
