This will sound kind of silly, but date yourself. Like think of traditional date things, but do it by yourself and the key is to be intentional with it. Bring a journal and literally have a conversation with yourself. Figure out who you are, who you want to be, and the steps to becoming that person. You’ll fall so in love with yourself you won’t want to take shit from anyone
