Guys I went through the worst pain I’ve ever felt a few days ago. I didn’t even know it was a thing because as women we aren’t taught enough about our own bodies. I’m pretty sure I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured and omg the pain! More below fyi

I started with discomfort and then sweating uncontrollably and not cold sweat I was HOT. Then the pain began. It was like period cramps times 20 and I’ve never felt anything like it and I’ve been hit in the neck with a softball bat 😭

The pain stopped after about 30-40 minutes I think but it was BRUTAL. I almost passed out and I was in so much pain my brain blacked it out. I don’t remember much of it but yeah.

Then there’s been lingering pain the last few days after it happened. Not unbearable but def uncomfortable. Pills don’t help either. So if you ever feel this chances are it’s a cyst rupturing.
