she’s not necessarily looking for that but it would be nice. a simple “no, you look great” is nice. i would say that to any friend or acquaintance, regardless of any romantic intentions lol

Only say they look great if you genuinely believe it though! You can still say “you don’t look gross” or whatever, but make your compliments genuine so they can really believe them
