1) Most people I know don’t give handshakes 2) I’ve had men try and crush the bones in my hand when shaking. I’d rather he have a weak one than that.

no. i think soft handshakes are gentle and considerate

I don’t think it’s a “red flag” per se just because I don’t shake people’s hands unless I’m doing an interview. Does it make me question other things? Sure. Because if he committed to the handshake, then he needs to commit all the way fr.
