During college I’ve gained over 60 lbs I went from being a L to a XXL. I’ve lost so much self confidence and I’m a women with PCOS. Anyone have tips or a schedule or diets or workout routines that would help me loose all the wait I’ve gained.

There are lots of diets out there that are catered towards pcos if ur down they’re pretty strict though. But Prioritize protein and eat more in the morning less at night and a lot of low impact cardio will help those w insulin resistance. Walks, swimming, etc. The one perk is that we gain muscle fast which will speed up metabolism but don’t overdo it in the gym

Yes okay! So obviously exercise is key but so is diet. Find ways to eat in a deficit while also getting enough of everything to function. Eat filling food, work out however makes you happy. Even just walking a bit everyday can do wonders!

I know that you’re focused on losing the weight, but I just want you to consider your health instead of numbers. I also gained a lot of weight in college and then lost a bunch doing fad diets and now I’m actually healthy and chubby. Only lose weight if it’s in the pursuit of heath. If your goal is skinny, you’ll never feel skinny enough. That said, find a type of exercise that you like. I love yoga, Zumba, and running, so that’s what I do. I hate gyms, so I don’t go to them.
