My best friends both have ADHD and they just don’t say the word at all. Having ADHD doesn’t mean you lose common decency. If you’ve talked about it to him and he ignores you that doesn’t seem like a good situation.

ADHD doesn’t make you say slurs. Give him one warning that you’ll dump him if he says it again and then break up.
