in one of his debate videos he goes on about data at harvard and black student’s test scores and makes the claim that because of that, EVERY SINGLE black student that attends harvard is not qualified to be there, i think that’s pretty racist. and i’ve seen this rhetoric impact black medical students and black ivy league students on social media that have shared their qualifications in the past (literally near perfect) make a social media post-

that blows up and charlie/maga sympathizers swarm their comments and say objectively racist things. tell them that they don’t deserve to be there, how do you know someone doesn’t deserve to be there if you haven’t even looked into their qualifications? what else could be the basis of your negative assumption? i’m happy to dm you links of these instances. yes, it is racist to assume that EVERY SINGLE person of a certain race in an institution is incapable of being intelligent enough to be there

and i too, agree that admissions should not take race into account at all. but simply seeing a person of a certain race in your institution walk by and being like “i don’t know their qualifications but im just gonna assume they’re dumb and are dei admission because there’s no way they could be that intelligent to get in” is just plain racist.
