That’s a form of cheating. You set a boundary over sex and he ignored it. I’m so sorry. What you do with this is up to you but you need to ask if you could ever really trust him again.

cut your loses.. it doesnt have to be a huge blow out to justify a breakup. he disrespected your boundary and probably lied about the reason for going to OF links. he'll just make sure to cover his tracks better this time

i say you don’t have to break up ngl unless this is a pattern just have a mature conversation with him letting him know that that is something that genuinely crosses your boundaries but dont say if he doesn’t stop you’ll break up with him. he should stop because he wants to respect you not because he doesn’t want to lose you
