what are your goals? are you trying to quit all porn and all masturbation?

If you find other things to do, you won't have an addiction problem. So find other things to do until you're only watching it 3x a week and you'll be fine

Dont really have a solution but i am curious what makes you think watching porn means you cant have a relationship and how bad it is?

instead of watching porn, maybe you can read erotic stories. you can watch yourself in a mirror and try to get off that way. & ofc you can use your imagination. incorporate toys to make it easier to orgasm without porn
