Every time you text him Imagine him cringing and saying “oh no not her again”/ sharing it to his gc. Then write out an objective list of pros and cons about him. Keep yourself busy. Remember that while it may be no contact for you he doesn’t even realize you are gone till he wants something.

You don’t. He’ll always be in the back of your mind but you’ll grow out of it eventually if u try to distance urself and then he will just be that, you’re first love
