If you exercise, you may naturally be hungrier. Plus mentally, you can rationalize food better if it’s a high protein, post workout snack

i tried to make sure I ate at least 3/4 of my plate. It was a small difference that started helping me

I used the fact that I didn’t want to get hospitalized again as my main motivation in the beginning then I started using the fact people were proud of me. Rn I’m working on being proud for myself and focusing on what my body can do and not what it looks like
