Have you guys ever done water fasting. Or could please share your advice from past experiences with fasting etc,. That would be very much appreciated.

Sure, I got super dehydrated, my skin became super dry, my lips were permanently chapped and peeling for 6 months, I got pimples and ingrown hairs bc even with moisturizer I wasn’t retaining any water. Look super thin though, but 100% not worth it

if ur asking so u can lose weight just eat healthier cleaner foods and become more active, small habits make the world of difference

I fast both food and water for religious reasons but I don’t rlly end up losing weight maybe a pound or 2 after a month

I don't believe in fasting (besides religioun based) because you body will feel like you're starving yourself of something meaning at a point where you do eat or drink water you will consume way more than intended because you're body thinks you're dying without food or water especially when it's an abrupt change. In the end that would mean possibly gaining back the weight lost quicker
