I’m a bit over midsize weight & I struggle with odor in the crease between my thigh & 🐱. No matter how much I scrub & freshen up thru the day, there is always an odor, even my 🐱. I have great hygiene, but this makes me so insecure. Please give me advice

Unfortunately I think the best advice is just to lose a bit a weight, makes it harder to have good hygiene when you are bigger simply

use an antibacterial soap!! i’m a fat girl and wash my creases with antibacterial soap and it definitely helps with feeling and smelling fresh!! i specifically use the orange dial soap once a week!!

Maybe try a body deodorant? There are some designed to be used in that area - could keep down on any sweat and help prevent any odor

There’s always gonna be SOME odor down there but if you can smell it from afar or it’s off putting that may be a PH imbalance, especially if you’re having other things off down there

What you eat matters! Dried cranberries / fruit / leafy greens / yogurt or other food items with antioxidants, probiotics etc can promote healthier microbiome and better smelling natural scent. Don’t eat a lot of processed foods and onion / garlicy items

using baby powder and witch hazel at nights helps a lot as well, drinking a lot of water and eating raw foods helps your sweat not have a strong smell as well🩷

Do you have fungus? Maybe see a doctor. Also your kitty should have a smell - that’s totally normal.

Ok no joke, I use the orange dial soap as a “decontamination” wash once a week and literally wash my whole body + scalp and it’s made suchhhhh a difference!! Highly recommend!!
