Just tell her it's important to you and want her to watch it but keep your expectations low whether she likes it or not

Oh my god that’s also my favorite movie 🥹 maybe you could suggest a movie night where you watch the princess bride and then a movie of her choosing, so you both get to watch something you really love

If she really doesn't want to watch a movie, her reluctantly watching it is just going to suck the joy out of it for you tbh

Maybe set up a movie date and incorporate other things to do. Like UNO, painting, dance battle, etc. Then watching the movie at the end and maybe she can pick a movie she likes

I watch movies/shows my bf wants me too even if im not rly that into it.. although there are things i draw the line at like horror🤷🏻‍♀️I think if you explain to her that its ur fav and you wanna share it with her she’ll be willing to watch it w you :)
