So I have a question, how do I communicate if I like someone, should I walk up and say that I do. I go up to tables at lunch and talk to random guys but with girls I freeze up not necessarily that I like them but I am afraid they will be uncomfortable

What I am trying to say is if I’m talking to a random someone and I’m interested in them how would I advance? Giving them my insta and if so how would I carry on from there?

I personally never go out with someone I don’t at least casually talk to. For safety reasons and also because if they haven’t talked to me it seems like they don’t like me but what I look like
