are you forgetting north korea? folks are starving, dying in the streets with their organs falling out, and nobody is doing anything about it. the NK people were promised a paradise of free everything, and now they're trapped, brainwashed, have no freedoms, are slaughtered by their own government, and believe their government can hear their thoughts. oh, and they believe that they have it good compared to the rest of the world, thanks to what their government has told them.

Sure but countries have the right to regulate immigration. To set limits and decide who gets to come in. Immigrating isn’t some human right and certainly not a recognized right in the constitution. The better option for everyone is to solve the problems of your country. That’s the only option for most people in these countries. Not everyone is capable of immigrating. Staying and fixing the country would benefit them too.

Partly. Europe wasn’t a bad place to live back then. The world at the time was in an age of exploration. People weren’t just moving to new countries. They were creating them from nothing. Being a settler was significantly harder than just staying where they were. And while cultural mixing isn’t inherently bad, too much certainly can be. You can completely lose your cultural identity like what’s happening to Europe now. When you immigrate you’re supposed to adopt the culture you move to.
