Yes not because of you being on the chubbier side but because of how he's speaking about a woman's appearance in that manner. It's weird and gross and if he is cool with seemingly innocent women being disrespected in that manner (as in he's not checking his roommate) then he is just as bad

Even if you weren’t chubby yourself, surrounding himself with people who talk like that and not stopping him in general and esp having you listen means he’s at least compliant in that kind of thinking at the very best
