Any weight loss tips? I can’t afford a gym membership over the break. What are some things yall swear by?

Stop drinking soda, stop snacking between meals when you’re bored, limit your serving sizes (eat enough to stop being hungry but not enough to feel full/stuffed)

Intermittent fasting… 1 meal, not huge! Every 24 hours

Crunches, running, like in your apartment complex or yard if you’re okay with gluten? Bread. I like sandwiches or carbs like easy pastas with no protein. Like just the sauce

Walking a few miles everyday, also wouldn’t recommend fasting as it raises cortisol which in excess will inhibit fat loss.

meats, especially red meat, is high in saturated fats, cutting it out significantly reduces sat fats in your diet which is very good
