do you find it hard for them to change things? Like if something was bothering you and you tell them about it do they do anything about it?

Everyone with autism is different, but in general if people aren’t willing to change behavior after you tell them it’s hurtful to you they aren’t worth it

like I said to 1, do you have anything that you’ve asked them to change in the past multiple times that he just can’t seem to do?

Not really, I think there was only one issue that I talked to him about twice but after that he changed. Every person with some level of autism is different but at least in my relationship I’ve haven’t had major issues with repetition

i’ve been in a an 8 year relationship and it was different in the beginning, but I feel like I either don’t have Asperger’s or I just have something worse, it’s not noticeable from the outside but it affects my relationship and it just feels overwhelming because it’s not like small changes, but more like a lot of small changes that end up being overwhelming and when I asked why she keeps on saying it’s okay, she just says because I thought you would eventually change
