Okay chat, I’m always freezing and want to acquire more long sleeve under layers before winter. Do compression shirts do it? Would something looser be better? Any suggestions on brands or where to look?

thermal undergarments are the way. usually i look for wool or cotton ones. i have some from a brand called 32 degrees heat from costco and as soon as it dips below 70° i start wearing them especially under my pants. they’re thin but really really good at insulating

Compression shirts/ pants long underwear, fleece lined leggings and undershirts can all go a long way in making you feel warmer.

i’m also a big fan of a tighter turtleneck to use for layering
