I genuinely don’t get the logic of sleeping with guys you don’t like quickly and making guys you do see something serious with wait. Like how does that make sense?

i think that it’s the thought process of just wanting to hookup and have fun so there’s no need to try to wait versus with a guy that could really be the one, waiting to make sure that respect is earned first because now it matters if that makes sense? (that’s my best crack at guessing why some ppl do this) obviously some ppl just see sex differently and it holds different power and meaning to them, which is why it’s important to communicate what intentions are before jumping in!

To make sure they don’t just want sex. But usually the people saying that about waiting to have sex with someone they want to be serious with are not the same people sleeping with people right away, at least not in the same timeframe
