Talk to him about it. If he’s still with you after a long time he cares about you. If he isn’t in the mood he isn’t in the mood and no means no. Hard boundary.

When he’s not in the mood that’s fine I understand, but how can I tell him I need more reassurance (he talked to 2 girls behind my back) and I think that just made me feel “insecure” about it.(idk if I’m explaining it right)
