I don’t like the vast majority of frat men and I dislike frat culture in general. That being said there’s some more decent ones (they don’t throw parties) and oc it really does depend on the individual. My boyfriend is in one that doesn’t throw - he doesn’t go to parties, rarely drinks, doesn’t do drugs, has a fantastic gpa, and is one of the absolute sweetest nerdiest people I’ve met.

Honestly depends on the frat and culture of them. I don’t like majority of them but as a POC I’ve only ever hung out with multi cultural fraternities and the NPHC ones. Those men in those types of frats build theirs on brotherhood and community service. I even went to a Bible study event they had it was nice

… we’re not a monolith. Some like frat boy aesthetic, some don’t. Personally I’ve always found the trope version of a frat boy to be nauseating and annoying. But I feel the same way about men who say “why do all girls…?” Find someone who isn’t into frat boys. They’re not hard to find so I’m assuming you’re chasing a specific aesthetic & that’s on you, bro.

I don’t like frat boys (the partying/hazing/douche ones) I never go to their parties unless absolutely have to. I think they are the guys I trust least on campus.

very heavily dependent on where you go to school and the frat culture it has. i’m friends with plenty of men in social fraternities who are genuinely good people where the org as a whole on campus has no allegations but i go to a small private school where our greek life is very different compared to big universities
