It’s so frustrating having PCOS and being prediabetic. I genuinely don’t understand my body. That combined with my sleep issues leads to nights like this where I’m up with bad stomach cramps but unsure how to deal with them

I feel this. I have PCOS and pre diabetes too. Are you taking birth control? Or Metformin? ❤️‍🩹

obviously not trying to diss modern medicine because i’m literally gonna be a nurse but honestly maybe try holistic methods? i’m not an expert but i know girls who have had success dealing with pcos & sleep issues through herbal treatments and changing their diet/lifestyle 🤷🏽‍♀️

Both. I also take topiramate and Vyvanse for appetite control (but it’s not helping) but the Vyvanse does help my adhd. I also take Zoloft for my anxiety and depression

It’s so frustrating cause it seems like no matter what I do, I deal with constant stomach pain

That’s what I’m attempting. As in I’ve been seeing a weight management specialist since late last year and she put me on a strict diet and recommended walking 10k steps a day as well as strength training. I’m also vitamin D deficient so she put me on a pill for that too

I will say I haven’t followed it 100% because of how limited it is (like I’m only allowed to have 1 type of lettuce type of limited, I’m not even joking). My health is very confusing since I take all these meds that can work together and conflict with each other at the same time
