condoms + pulling out, vasectomy, tubes tied, or copper iud— hormonal bc in any way shape or form is the DEVIL!!!! (maybe not the devil for *everyone*... but be warned)

In my personal opinion hormonal iud’s since they last 8 years, especially if you wunna stop your period. (Just warning it hurts A LOT when you first get it in) Second best is the depo shot just upkeep is hard, and lots of side effects.

not all birth control are used for stopping pregnancy. sometimes you just need to stop bad periods 🫩
